Can cats eat human vitamin d supplements?

Dangerous

High-dose vitamin D tablets cause high calcium and kidney failure.

If your cat ate it

Signs
Vomiting, increased thirst and urination, lethargy, appetite loss
When
12–36 hours
What to do now
Go to a vet before symptoms, with the product and remaining count.

Don't.

Why

Swallowing high-dose human vitamin D (1,000–5,000 IU) or psoriasis cream (calcipotriol) raises blood calcium and damages kidneys and heart. Some rodenticides are vitamin D–based too.

If your cat has a condition

Dangerous for every cat, with or without a health condition.
