Can cats eat shrimp (cooked)?

A little

Shelled, cooked plain, one or two — a common allergen.

How much

Up to per day 16g about 2 pieces · 1 medium shrimp ≈ 8 g

4 kg adult cat, treats ≤10% of ~200 kcal/day

PreparationShell, tail and vein removed, boiled without salt.

Why

Good protein, but some cats are allergic to seafood. Shells and tails are indigestible, and seasoned snacks are salty.
