Can cats eat chicken hearts & gizzards?

OK to give

Cooked hearts and gizzards are taurine-rich treats.

How much

Up to per day 11g about 2 pieces · 1 thumb-tip piece ≈ 5 g

4 kg adult cat, treats ≤10% of ~200 kcal/day

PreparationCooked plain, chopped.

Why

Heart muscle is rich in taurine, an essential nutrient for cats. Gizzards are chewy, so chop them. Not the seasoned stir-fried kind.
