Can cats eat chicken breast (boiled)?

OK to give

Plain boiled chicken breast is the safest treat — no skin, no bones.

How much

Up to per day 16g about 3 pieces · 1 thumb-tip piece ≈ 5 g

4 kg adult cat, treats ≤10% of ~200 kcal/day

PreparationBoiled plain, skin and bones removed, shredded.

Why

Species-appropriate animal protein with relatively low allergy risk. On its own it lacks calcium and other nutrients, so it can't replace a complete diet — keep treats within 10% of daily calories.
