Can cats eat cheese?

A little

A dice-sized piece to hide a pill, no more — it's salty.

How much

Up to per day 4.7g about 2 pieces · 1 cm cube ≈ 2 g

4 kg adult cat, treats ≤10% of ~200 kcal/day

PreparationA dice-sized piece.

Why

Aged cheese has little lactose so it's gentler than milk, but it's salty and fatty; processed slices are saltier still. Use a tiny piece to hide a pill.
